i am working a temporary assignment with the va. will be here at least throughout the end of september 2014 and the contract has already been extended through the end of october and likely later. i travel frequently but anticipate being in denver for work about 50-70% month.i will be working almost exclusively nights so i will be gone most evenings and won’t be returning until the morning. i will need a quiet place to stay and work during the daytime as i telecommute as well. i will need fast wired internet access (i can install and run the cable myself (adds value to your place) if necessary but need access to the router to set it up.
i don't require a private bath but much prefer one.
(btw, i am not a smoker and have no pets. not a drinker and no drugs. no criminal record. clean background check. stable income - fico>800.) i also can have the deposit and financial obligations covered immediately.
all and all, i think i could be an ideal renter for you.
