my name is stephanie. i am a 21-year-old graduate student at wright state university. i am originally from cleveland, oh. i am looking for somewhere to room while i am in school. i am not a party girl (unless you count dancing around while cooking or cleaning). i only have a few close friends, and we tend to hang out other places, but i would like to be able to have them over (not unannounced or anything). i do have a boyfriend. he lives in the dayton area, so he would be a visitor. i am very courteous and really try to take my roommates needs into account. i am a fairly clean, like most people sometimes i leave dishes in the sink or forget to switch my laundry over (we are human :)). i love reading, and just hanging out. i am pretty chill although i do have a tendency to get stress about school and such, but not in terms of people i live with. i have lived with up to 3 roommates in the past. i would love a bedroom that has lots of natural light. we don't have to be best friends, but i would like to at least be friendly with anyone i live with. also, i love animals so i would actually love if you have a pet or allow pets.

i am looking for a room that costs no more than $400 with amenities etc. i don't mind pitching in tp or collectively used items.
school starts at the end of august so i would like to move in around then, but am flexible as to exact date.
also the room does not need to be furnished, if it is i don't mind either. :)
