i am looking for a room for rent within the west broward area (davie, plantation, pembroke pines, weston, or sunrise). i am in my mid-30's and work full-time, along with studying at the local college part-time. i am looking for a pet-friendly roommate whom would not mind that i have a cat. i am respectful of the home and of keeping things cleanly. i am looking for a professional female roommate and someone who may be working and studying in college, as well, but it is not a requirement.
