hi,

i'm male and a responsible professional that works in the north dallas area. looking for room to rent minimum for of six months, possibly longer. i prefer not to live under the same roof with multiple renters. some of my best roommates in the past have been women, so i also prefer a female over a male.

i'm a very easy going, down-to-earth and open minded guy that values his privacy and would value yours as well. i pretty much keep to myself and do my own thing. i tend to get along with people who have a sense of humor and are easy-going. furnished or unfurnished is okay. would require wireless internet connection and a my own bathroom (not a deal breaker if own bathroom is not possible).

i do not smoke (i do not mind if you do) nor do i do drugs. i drink socially from time-to-time. i like to travel when i can, so i wouldn't be home a lot. i am looking to move in january. if i sound like someone you wouldn't mind renting to, please drop me a line. thanks.
