hi! i am looking for a quiet home in a house. i can move in anytime, if your room is available now. i enjoy pets, but don't have any. i do not smoke/vape or 420. no other drugs, either! i am a computer savvy, upbeat, 'rather be dancing', type senior and i love the general area around cornelius, hazeldale, bethany, forest park, i am also willing to locate to the pleasant areas in tanesbourne, beaverton / aloha, near cooper mnt. hillsboro, orenco, etc. i work near and around there, the main office being near costco in hillsboro. i am quiet, yet companionable. at the same time i like my space and respect yours. i only visit when we both want to, or not at all. i am only moving since i was in an arrangement that was temporary in the ne portland area. i would not want to live there permanently. my job requires a lot of travel on the westside. i come fairly light with belongings, so definitely need a furnished room. the room needs to be large enough to empty my nearly empty 5 x 5 storage unit. if you do not have ac, i can keep my honeywell ac unit. [has portable kit.] i am gradually downsizing from an apartment where i finished the lease at shadow hills in december, 2016. i rent from an awesome lady, at the moment, but have other reasons why i wish to move. i have steady sources of income and have a recent crime check with my employer, including finger printing. my maximum: $650 must include utilities and wifi, parking, all of that, please. to be negotiable you must have every amenity i am hoping for, such as a private entrance to help me feel like i could stay on indefinitely, should we all like each other well enough. in which case, $650 is the sky. i need a downstairs unit, since going downstairs is a difficult thing for me, due to [one-sided]eye problem which causes distortion. laundry on same level preferred. thanks for reading and have a wonderful day! please, no responses, unless you meet the above requests.
