hey,this is an osu male student major business who comes from beijing, china mainland.
i need a room and also female or male roommates near campus, the east or north of the campus will be better.
but you should know that i cannot be in columbus before september 8th, so the lease may have to be signed when i arrive.
i am a easygoing tidy and quiet guy who can drive, cook chinese dishes and know some chinese kongfu : )
i do love sports but only outside the house, never make noise when back home.
you can totally trust me because i will definitely pay the rent on time each month.
to the house, i need a furnished room near osu (especially near the fisher college) and all the utilities are ok, with water, gas, electricity and internet, but the cable is not necessary.
i don't have pets and i don't smoke, but as my roommate, your pets or smoking is ok.
