the people i am currently renting with will be moving, and i need to find a new place to rent. i'm looking to pay around $500 monthly, including utilities.about me:
- i am female, mid 20s
- i have rented before and left on good terms with the people i've rented from. i can provide contact information for previous people i have rented from if you'd like to ask them about me & what i'm like as a renter.
- i'm very quiet, non-intrusive, and will not cause any drama. i'm content to stay in my room while i am home and not bother you or make noise (ie. i generally am not going to start up conversation, or come out just to talk, that type of thing). if renting a room in a house, i will require minimal use of other areas of the house.
- i will never have overnight guests, and the only possible day guests would be immediate family members visiting on occasion. if you don't want them there, they won't come over.
- i do not own any pets, but i am pet friendly.
- i do not party, drink, smoke, or do drugs.
- i'm lgbt+ friendly and open-minded.
- i am not dating, do not want to date, not interested in anything of that sort. please don't email me if thats what you're interested in.
what i'm looking for:
- looking to move in by jan 10th, but exact date is negotiable. i have family nearby and if need be i can stay with them until i can move in.
- i would be interested in renting a room, or a small private area (such as an rv/trailer, or similar).
- i'll prefer an area in cocoa, but anything within ~20 min driving radius of eastern florida state college is fine.
- furnished is preferred, but not necessary. minimal furnishings is fine.
- i own a vehicle, i'm fine parking on the street, but prefer that it be near the rental.
- private or shared bathroom, no preference. can keep my things in my room.
- non-smoking house or smoking outside only.
- would prefer house will minimal drugs, alcohol or parties.
- lgbt+ friendly preferred.
