hi,

my name is karen, i'm a 23-year-old graphic designer looking for a room in the city, preferably lakeview or wrigleyville.

i'm looking for a place with female roommate(s), preferably professionals around my age. no smokers, no pets please. i am a social drinker, but only on weekends and i don't go crazy about it. i'm very responsible, clean (but not a neat-freak), friendly and easy to get along with. i'm fairly new to the city, so having roommates that also want to be friends would be great :)

if you work during the week and like to have fun (movies, festivals, wine nights, parties, shows, cooking big meals, whatever) on the weekend you're who i'm looking for.

i'm looking to pay $650 or less, a/c preferred, decent sized room... i would love to have a deck or patio of some sort :)
