i am interested in moving into the city with my girlfriend, but not looking to sign a long lease until we are more settled there. neither of us have city jobs, so we would both like to reestablish ourselves before signing a long term lease. that being said, i have money from trust as well as stipends from my full-time schooling. money is not an issue. i am a full-time student online, but will also be job hunting. we are both extremely respectful, communicative, easy going people. we do have a young kitten and a 2+ year old dog. we are perfectly willing to contain them both to the bedroom unless the dog is outside. my dog is a cross of a french bulldog and a pug, small and only about 19 pounds. we are calm and relaxed at home. never interested in bringing home fun, drama, or too much noise. we don't mind if you have people over at all. we like to play music @ a low level and just hang out around the house pretty much. the biggest stipulations are as follows: 1. we are both females, so if that is uncomfortable then pass this email by. 2. we do have pets, although we have a good handle on their behavior. 3. we will need to park 1 car. 4. we are outdoor smokers. please let me know what you think! thanks for reading & all the best 2 you, jessica
