hello, we are looking for someone to fill the final spot in a five bedroom apartment in lakeview/wrigleyville available now.we are looking for someone who is professional, very social, and wants to go out and enjoy everything the city has to offer while being very respectful of everyone else at the same time. we’re all looking at this apartment on a long term basis - we all want to get even more established and continue to develop deep roots in the city as our home. we want someone who is willing to contribute more to the place than he or she will take and as a result living here will be a fantastic experience for everyone! one of the best things about this situation is that we will incorporate your considerations and preferences as we go forward to set up a really cool place that everyone is excited about rather than you replacing someone at another place and being the "new person" who has to figure out and deal with existing expectations and relationships. we also want to keep the place tidy and nice (but not necessarily overly so) so most likely we'll have house jobs to make sure the place stays nice. dogs are cool but absolutely no cats.
i am a 36 year old, non-smoking single straight male and i own and run a cycling touring business. i know the city really well because i was born and was raised here and was also a manager for the census for the north side of chicago last year. the other roommates consist of two other guys (28 and 26) and one girl (27). one guy is from colorado by way of indianapolis and just started a job in chicago in the financial industry. the other guy is from long island and also works in the financial industry. the girl is from the suburbs and works part time as a bartender and is studying to become a full time insurance agent. we will also have two dogs.
