my name is matthew and i am a single male that is currently down on his luck. im looking to rent out a room or basement for $300.00 a month. i am self employed so i can provide my own food, clothes, hygiene stuff, pretty much anything i need i can provide for myself. i'm very clean, nice, outgoing and i love people. i love to meet new friends and have conversations about anything lol. i don't have any problems with rules. i don't have any issues with being around pets. i don't drink or smoke but i don't mind being around people who do. i'm looking for a roommate who is nice, respectful and friendly.
