looking for a room in downtown medford or central point. my name is quannah. i am separating from my wife and i need a room that is close to my work or my kids. i co-own the bohemian club in downtown medford and i work almost 60-70 hours a week, spend as much family time as i can with my kids at their house and i'm dating someone as well. so i have a ton to juggle, i really need a home base to sleep, shower and do laundry. i know how to clean up after myself, and then some. i make pretty good money, and would pay you in cash on the first of every month (or before if i wasn't going to be around). you can stalk my facebook if you want. i do drink, but very very rarely at home (i used to when i had fun roommates). i have been a social smoker (never inside) for a few years but just started taking chantix to quit, and am down to one or two per day, and hopefully none in the next few days. i do keep pretty crazy hours, closing the bar can put me home anywhere between 3 and 5am, but i am very quiet and respectful, i never woke my wife or babies up coming in. let me know if i sound like a viable candidate. my cell is 541.601.5900.quannah g. combs, jr., css
