hello, my name is pamela.i am looking for a nice room with a private bath within a 10 mile radius to carrollton, tx. close to hebron and 121 area. i prefer to be sharing a nice home with calm, kind, respectful home owner. you can expect the same from me.
i prefer to live in a home where i am the only tenant if possible . you will quickly trust, that i'm very honest and reliable. i do make a daily effort to keep organized and keep my personal areas clean. it is my nature to do clean as i go, and more than what is expected.
i do have my own furniture. i operate a interior design consultation business and i have a 2nd job at a local retailer.
my objective is to reduce my living expenses, so as to save more money for my future plans and needs.
i prefer to live with another women, but if i met a male home owner that can guarantee a safe mixed gender living arrangements, i would consider that option. i grew up with 4 brothers, and have 4 adult son's, which is why i'm comfortable being around men. i do not smoke and prefer a non smoking environment. i do not drink more than the occasional glass of wine and would not being having over night guest.
