young professional working in the insurance industry. i'm also currently pursuing work as an actor and model. my hobbies and interests have me away from home most days. i'm very clean; when i use a dish, i rinse it immediately after and put in the dishwasher (unless clean or full). i do my best to be as respectful as possible to those i share space with. i do have a cat, he is very friendly and he is trained like a dog so if you like dogs you will love my cat. i am also a smoker; though i feel it is important to mention my desire to quit and the fact that i am very conscientious of properly disposing my cigarette butts as well as doing what i can to eliminate the stench from myself. i rarely have people over, and when i do, it is only respectful and benevolent individuals. i have little tolerance for hateful people. i am also 420 friendly, what you do is your business. as long as you're not hurting anyone, i don't care what you do. i would prefer a location where i either have space in either my room or in a common area for my desk/work materials. i would describe myself as kind of nerdy/creative, but i get along with almost anybody. open to male or female roommates. no douche-bags.
