i am looking for a female or co-ed roommate. i am currently a full-time student at buffstate and would prefer a room nearby. i don't mind cats or dogs but would prefer no children. i am pretty focused on my degree and mostly keep to myself but i do like to have fun. i do not drink or smoke. i rarely ever party or have friends over. i don't stay up too late either. i'm mostly a clean person. i'm looking for something that is $400 or less a month. it does not matter if utilities are included or not or if the room is furnished or not. i would like a washer and dryer haha because that is just a necessity i can't live without. haha :)
