mature female looking to room with a female (no male roommates). i work full time m-f and volunteer on weekends - not home much except some evenings. fairly quiet, honest, clean, responsible, friendly, fairly easy going, respectful and expect the same from a roommate. like to cook and would need 1/2 the fridge and freezer.

not looking for a best friend, just a friendly roommate to share expenses. no pets, no smokers, no drugs, occasionally drinker. no loud parties but occasionally will have someone to dinner. would inform you in advance when inviting someone over. no overnight guests.
