hi! i'm 53 y/o male.need an inexpensive place to stay at least until i get back on my feet. i was in a car accident in feb 2018. had to have knee surgery, and am currently getting physical therapy, recovering from that surgery. i've just been released by my doctor to go back to work, and am starting back this weekend. since the surgery, i've been blessed to have my mom's help with living expenses, but that stops this weekend. until i get back on my feet, i need as inexpensive a space/room to rent as i can. please let me know if you or someone you know, has what i'm looking for.

requested requirements above asked if i smoke. just to qualify the question: i do smoke, but never in the house.
