my aunt is moving and i must vacate her basement apartment. i work at night wed-sunday in the hunt points area which is also my preferred room location or nearby. i sleep during the day. spend my quiet time playing x-box type games, or out visiting my family members all located in the bronx. as my aunt can testify, i am quiet, extremely clean and enjoy cooking, so, i am looking for a furnished room with the ability to share the kitchen if possible. willing to look at a room outside my desired area that has good nearby transportation.
