i am a 44 year old woman that is looking for her own place, but the situation i'm in is starting to get uncomfortable. i work in the mornings and i am quiet. i do have a boyfriend that may want to come over... if that is unacceptable let me know. i will help with the bills. i listen to music so if its loud let me know. i stay to myself and i try not to cause problems. i am a very friendly person and i try to get along with everyone. i don't require a private bathroom, but will not turn one down either. if the room is furnished it would be a plus, but not required. i clean up behind myself, but will help with housework when i have days off.
