i am pursuing a degree in exercise science at fau in the college of education.
i am interesting in finding a roommate(s) that is(are) also a student(s) or a professional(s) ages 21-40 (preferred as i am 28).

i am part time employed (and am able to pay my own bills). i don't smoke and drink rarely. i enjoy company but rarely have time for any. i don't mind parties as long as they are controlled and reasonable.

i don’t have any pets (preferred due to allergies), and am looking for at least a 6 month term lease up to graduation (spring 16). i am looking to relocate now (as i can transfer/move my stuff/ and have transfered my work location).

i don't mind co-ed and/or have a preference of sexual orientation as long as it's respectful of each roommate(s) lifestyle and comfort zone. this is also true for religious denomination.
