my fianc� and i are looking for a room to rent in a beaverton home within walking/biking distance of washington square
preferably, but we are open to any opportunities. with us comes a two-year old lab/pit mix named harley. he is lovable, gets
along with other animals, and is primarily an indoor dog. i am happy to share pictures and video of him, and bring him for an
interview!

we are a young, but mature and responsible couple. i am 26 and work in it, while she is a 21-year-old cna working toward
a nursing degree. we have never thrown a party together, ever. but we would appreciate the latitude to do so, or have
friends or family from out of town stay the night now and then. we are a quiet and somewhat shy couple. we are friendly
toward people of all persuasions, and appreciate a lgbt friendly home.

we enjoy keeping a clean, somewhat organized kitchen but are not clean-freaks. our clean-kitchen standard means dishes
don't remain in the sink for more than an evening, the counters and floor are free of debris and anything sticky, and the
dishwasher gets run when it is full, and emptied when it is clean. we vow never to leave items laying around in community
areas and are happy to adhere to the agreed-upon household rules.

we will contribute a low, wide entertainment center and 50" 1080p plasma tv with wall mount (or it can rest on the
entertainment center), and a playstation 3 with netflix. we also can bring a small glass dinette set. my employer reimburses
me for high-speed internet, so i can bring that with me if you like and save you the expense.

besides work and sleep, we enjoy getting out of the house. we are trying to work toward a half-marathon in september, love
to hike, camp, scuba dive, and whatever else we care to try. our idea of a good time usually doesn't involve staying home
watching tv, but we do enjoy winding down now and then and watching a movie at home.
