hey my name is samantha, i'm a full-time student at borough of manhattan community college...i'm also working full-time in a restaurant/bar in bayside.. i am looking to move out asap**. i can be flexible with my budget, and i am so busy that i'm rarely home... i tried to figure out a better plan for my cat but he actually will need to live with me. he is about one year old, neutered, and he's really the sweetest thing so i need someone who doesnt mind a little loving cat walking around... i am flexible with essentially everything, i am a smoker but not in the house, i'm really not gross about it and can walk outside you probably wouldn't even notice if i wasnt telling you... i'm looking in bayside/whitestone but not limited to queens, i'm also down for manhattan. i would love a terrace but i definitely won't be picky. i dont care about what you do, i'm down to mind my business & as long as the rent is getting paid--it's all good. i can move out today.....!
