this is spruha. i am 29, female, asian indian, working in downtown atlanta as a software analyst. a little about me...i am quiet, love to read and cook sometimes, not really a party-goer, and am easy to get along with. i have a clean record, am punctual with rent payment and quite good with cleanliness. i am mostly busy with office work all the week and some clothing designing over the weekend.

i am planning on moving on january 1st. i have no pets, and i don't smoke. i do not expect many visitors.

here are some things i would like in my new room:

1. a private room
2. a private bath
3. a private entrance (not necessary but would be great)
4. all utilities available such as electricity/internet/ac/heat
5. very clean
6. female roommates only
7. preferably not be under a lease
8. preferably non-smoking roommates
9. access to kitchen

i am available to come see it asap this evening, or any evening next week.
