i am a single, educated, professional male with good credit and a clean background. i'm honest, open-minded, respectful, and extremely laid back. i have no pets myself, but i like and enjoy dogs, cats, and even children.

i love the beatles, and i very much enjoy art, the theater (especially broadway), motorcycles, and skydiving. in addition to careers in law, advertising, it, and telecommunications, i was (am still?) a professional fine art photographer. i don't drink, and although i enjoy an occasional cigarette, i never smoke indoors. i'm comfortable around others who smoke, drink, or participate in any/all other manners of recreational entertainment... responsibly.

i'm a graduate (b.s. in advertising) from the university of texas at austin, and i earned my j.d. at mercer in macon, ga. my closest friends have suggested that i've tried to compensate, perhaps subconsciously) for what was - admittedly - a notorious absence of common sense in my youth through my pursuit of academic and intellectual plateaus. fortunately, i've become much more accepting and self-aware over the last decade or so, and i've come to understand that there is no "right" or "wrong" so much as there are an infinite number of means to reach a multitude of conceivable (and not yet conceivable) possible ends, and by remaining conscious of - and even celebrating - each other's differences, i am finally in a position to add a measure of wisdom to my 'educated self,' and i find that there is much to learn and appreciate from everyone.
