hi!

i am a 24 year old woman looking for someone to room with in the future. my lease ends in december, so somewhere around the 18th would be good time for me to move. i currently live in buckhead and work in midtown as an applications developer. i love animals, so i don't mind if you have a dog but i am allergic. i usually keep to myself and don't often have people over besides my boyfriend. i would need someone who would be okay with him being over a few nights a week. he wouldn't bother you or make any kind of mess and he's a very nice guy! i have a couch, dining room table and chairs, and a lot of kitchen utensils and dishes. i would like someone who is clean and who would clean up after themselves in the common areas. i don't care how you keep your bathroom or bedroom as long as its not causing a smell. i also don't care who you have over as long as they don't cause a mess or any drama involving me. i am 420 friendly, but no cigarette smoke please (at least in the house). i am looking to only room with females, though i may consider gay male. if you already have a place that is awesome, if not we can look together i know of a lot of nice but cheap complexes in atlanta. hope to hear from you!
