single white male looking for a room to rent. i am professionally employed with a prominent restaurant group located in buckhead area. prefer that you live inside 285 loop, easily accessable to marta. work late some nights so long marta bus rides would not be ideal. prefer a non smoker, male or female and lgbt friendly. drink socially, clean but not ocd, and most importantly honest! i am respectful of others, personally dont use 420 etc...but to each their own. for the most part i consider myself laid back. i have a wicked sense of humor. can be out spoken when passionate about something. enjoy hanging out with friends, cookouts, and movies. definitely open to hopefully becoming friends.
