i am a 24 y/o graduate student with a full time job looking to move off campus either in january or early may. apartments anywhere between atlanta & alpharetta are preferably. i go to school in atlanta, work as a preschool teacher in alpharetta. looking to spend monthly on my half of the rent $500-600; only amenities i request is that i have my own bathroom. i keep to myself during the week and go out on weekends. would rarely have overnight guest unless family or friends are visiting from out of town; i mostly fly back home versus them flying out to me. i clean up right after myself, i do not smoke, & am not noisy. can't think of anything else to add but message me & i'll be happy to answer any questions!
