hi! i'm krista. i'm 25 & looking for a place to live in asheville or the surrounding areas. i'm responsible, clean, & easy going. i am currently living in fl but moving to asheville by the end of the month- between sept 24th and sept 30th so i need to move in somewhere during that time frame (latest october 1st). preferably looking for a place near downtown, within walking distance would be great, otherwise it must be within 5-10 min drive. interested in north asheville, west asheville, or just close to downtown. i have family living there & i have visited many times over the years.

i would prefer a clean, easy going female roommate between the ages of 20 and 30. if you smoke, must be outside. i am open to living with more than 1 person. i am really hoping to live in a house that is surrounded by lots of trees, a good neighborhood, and a clean/new(ish) interior with a decent amount of space. a back porch and backyard to chill at would be awesome too. i am willing to work with the right person/people and pay extra if needed for this month to hold a room til i move in..

a little about me: i love traveling, yoga, reading, camping, volunteering, going out, being outside, etc. i love being around kids. i graduated college and have been a substitute teacher for the past 1 1/2 years. i will be nannying after i move there. i'm not a big partier but do love to go out and have a good time. oh & i always pay rent on time. :)
