i am a twenty-something working full-time while i get ready to go back to school. i work with technology and am an avid gamer, so high-speed internet is a must. i don't smoke, and currently don't have any pets; i like pets, so long as they live in the common areas, but i can't deal with indoor smoking due to allergies. i enjoy cooking and having kitchen space available. i'm very neat, especially when it comes to shared spaces. i sometimes stay out late, or stay up late while gaming. i also have a long-time girlfriend who might come over for dinner or a movie. i might have a couple friends over occasionally, but there won't be any unannounced big parties or loud events; i do enjoy such events, so long as they're agreed upon and planned in advance. as for my personal living space, the room size doesn't matter much as long as there's room for a bed and some bookshelves; the room can be either furnished or unfurnished. and i don't mind sharing a bathroom. my only real concern is price. my budget is has a strict maximum of $500/month including utilities.
