hello, i am a 52 year-young divorced female, currently living in new york. i am looking to relocate to seminole county, either altamonte springs, winter springs or casselberry, fl. i work remote from home. i pay my bills on time, and believe in being honest. a month-2-month basis would be preferable. i am easy-going, and respect boundaries and privacy, and ask that you do the same.

i am clean by nature, cook and bake as a hobby, and generally do not participate in wild parties. i have friends that live in the area, and the recommended that i try this area of florida. i do not have a car and would need to live near public transportation. i am considering taking a few courses, so being in close proximity to a university would help. a private bath to my bedroom would be nice, but not necessary. i have no pets coming with me as my tuxedo cats will be staying with current roommate in new york.

i am a mature, grounded individual, and drama-free. if you think a cohabitation would work, please let me know. i am looking to move toward the end of may, 2016.
