i am a 67 year old straight male looking for a room with straight male or female any age, although i prefer roommates between 40-65. i have my own bedroom suite, tv and a blind, very friendly husky who doesn't bark. i prefer a place where there is a fenced-in yard, but that isn't a deal breaker.i am looking for a private bedroom and if necessary, will share a bathroom. i am retired, although i occasionally do painting jobs i like about any kind of food, especially when someone else is doing the cooking. but i don't mind cooking. i am average when it comes to cleanliness and am definitely a non smoker and would prefer a place with non smokers.
