hi potential landlord, my name is chris and i'm a 43yo male that is in desperate need of a room to rent. i have my own furniture that is very nice looking and clean. i'm almost finished with my divorce that has gone horribly awry and has cost me a small fortune protecting my children and defending myself from my ex who seems to have gone completely mad. i am a clean, well mannered, respectable gentleman that has been the owner of a local business for over 13 years. my ex played every dirty trick in the book, but i have finally been vindicated as of today december 28th and the police are in the process of picking her up as i write this. it has been the longest 6 months of my life, but the truth always comes to the top. i have fees that must be paid to the courts and need to cut my living expenses intermediately, so if you need a trustworthy quiet clean roommate please respond.
