i am relatively new to arizona and am looking for a place to call home that is close to my job in downtown phoenix. i am 26, and am working on establishing a new life in arizona. i moved out here from md, but am originally from ca. i am very stable and reliable.

i am open to hearing about any type of living situations that are available. what i'd like is to find a room for rent, or split an apartment/house with someone, it would be nice to have my own bathroom but i'm comfortable sharing. multiple roommates is fine as well, as i am friendly and enjoy making new friends. honestly, me and the fur babies are just looking for a place to call home.

i am an animal lover and am looking for a place that is pet friendly. i have 1 dog and 2 small cats that are lazy and just sleep all day. all 3 of my pets are extremely well behaved (who says you can't train a cat, i disagree!!) they are quiet, very friendly, house broken/litter box trained, do not get on furniture unless invited up, understand the word no very well, and for all intensive purposes keep to themselves unless otherwise directed. they are pet friendly as well and love making new friends. so other household pets are not an issue for us.

a little more about me: i'm outdoorsy (kind of... like - i walk my dog on the regular, go on the occasional camping trip, like floating in pools..), i am a fantastic cook. i'm super laid back and easy to get along with, the least judgmental person you'll meet. i'm neat and tidy i'm just an all around good, fun, responsible person.

i'm currently doing some apartment hunting, but would also be interested in meeting roommates who are looking to rent a house together, or looking to fill in an available bedroom. if you're transitioning too, looking for someone new, or just want to chat about possibilities get in touch with me.
