hi there!

i am looking for a tenant of supreme awesomeness to share my townhouse in wilmington, nc off of independence and shipyard boulevard by the hospital and verizon wireless. must be dependable and of course able to pay rent and utilities on time. no couples sorry, but that doesn’t mean your significant other or whatever can’t stay overnight, just means they can't live here. smoking is okay as long as you enjoy your cigarettes outside and drama free is a must.

$620/month covers rent and utilities.
bedroom measures 15' x 11'which also includes a walk in closet (6’6x3’) &
two additional closets (see image) so there’s plenty of closet space.
you would have your own private bathroom with a garden tub.
room comes with full access to the house (kitchen, living room, wireless internet, digital cable)
the living space will be partially furnished (couch, washer and dryer will be going with current roommate) except for the open unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom. however, i am open to some furniture if you have any.

i have a 52” flat screen in my living space so i plan on replacing the living room furniture very soon!

townhouse has lots of storage space and a patio. community is safe, friendly, clean, and quiet and has plenty of parking.

the townhouse is leased till jan 31, 2012; i am looking for someone to commit to rooming with me for at least 6 months.
