hi, everybody!
so i'm going to move out this november but i'm still in the lease contract. i can't move out if i can't find anybody who would continue my lease. my lease contract is valid until july 2011. this place is a wonderful, awesome, friendly and peaceful place to live. it's close to almost everything. 5mins to wsu if u're studying there or planning to. as you can see in the photos, the apartment has been furnished, they offered bed, drawer, kitchen stuffs and living rooms. rent is $465/month and it is going down to $435 by next year. you will have your own, independent, and carefree environment: one bed room, one big closet and a bathroom as you see in the pictures. the only thing you share with your roommate is the kitchen and the living room. this apartment offers lots of fun games, parties, bingos, free foods mostly every week. they have pool, tanning room , game room, library and gym room. trust me it's worth to pay and it's totally a safe place. there will be a security gate to keep strangers coming in at night. i can't describe enough how wonderful this place is. sadly, i have to move to another state so there's nothing that i can do to stay here. if you have any questions pls totally feel free to e-mail me.
