i have a professional career and work 40-50 hrs per week. i am also a single dad of a wonderful 3 year old little girl. she is only here part time on the weekends and at her mothers during the week. i am a very easy going person and generally get along with everyone. i am not a clean freak but like to try and keep the house organized and reasonably clean. i am not a big party person and drink rarely. i do not smoke or do drugs of any kind.

i am looking for someone who is responsible, pays their bills on time, someone i can feel comfortable with being in the house with my daughter. if you smoke that is ok but you will have to do so outside. i will not tolerate any drug use or excessive drinking/partying.

the room is all yours and the bathroom is all yours. it is located in the hallway and the only time i would need to use is to give my little one a bath.
