hi, my name is lora.my husband and i are in search for a roommate, sublet. we live in a three bedroom apartment on the 1st floor in west ny, nj
the room is medium/large sized with window, walk-in closet and inflatable bed, if you'd like you can bring your own mattress.
we will like a respectful, neat, polite person.
this area is minutes away from and to new york city.
its located three blocks away from the bus stop to go to nyc
there is a 24 hour laundromat directly across the street from the building, parking around the area, supermarket 2 blocks away, major shopping district four blocks away, public library three blocks away, police precinct four blocks away and a church 3 blocks away.
dates to move in: non in particular, as soon as possible.
the room mate has access to the bathroom, backyard and kitchen.
the rent for the room is $165.00 a week. this includes utilities, such as: water, gas, heat, electricity, internet and cable.
we have an extra tv and cable box in the house which can be used by the roommate.( currently we have it in our computer room/office.)
we are available m-f after 8pm, anytime during the day on saturdays and sundays.

must have first month and security available.
