i am offering a master bedroom on a second floor or the basement one bedroom suite of a single family house in a gated neighborhood. the house is new, and it is shared with two more roommates. we are looking for a professional without bad habits, somebody that's clean and responsible. we offer military discount. the security deposit is $1000 paid upfront with the first month's rent. the location is very convenient. three different buses take you to three different metro stations near capitol hill or eastern market or anywhere downtown. there are two cats in the house, but they stay in their owners' rooms.
