female age 24 with room for rent in nice house. preferably a female or gay male would be ideal.im not saying no to a male but i do have to be careful because i don’t want drama.around age 22-30 please.it is $600 each plus utilities which is $15 for each for water every 3 months.the electric bill is 30-40 each every month.i don’t have tv or internet yet,we can choose service together.we would share the first floor and basement. the basement is the extra living room/party entertainment room . its in wallington,nj. bergen co. about ten minutes from nyc without traffic. bus stop at street corner to nyc.really close to 46 and rt 3 and 17.
