room is available on east side of town in a nice neighborhood on a caldesac. house is 1 story 2,000sq ft, with a pool, washer and dryer and grill. the 500$ rent includes internet, directv, and all utilities. will be sharing a bathroom with one person. the house has a garage along with an open back yard with a doggy door leading outside. payments will be required on the 1st of the month in full. your roommates will be two 23 year old males with full time jobs. we like to drink and have a good time on weekends and go to the bar or parties. we also enjoy grilling out. we are both clean respectful and have never fought with each other. if this room sounds like a good fit, feel free to contact me and we can schedule a meeting.
