i am looking for someone to take over my lease asap. i live at the block 1949 apartment complex near asu in tempe arizona. i live in a four bedrrom apartment but everyone has their own bedroom, bathroom,and walk in closet. the place is fully furnished and is only one year old. if you take over my lease you dont have to move into my actual room you can move into any open room at the block. i pay $687.15 a month and my lease is up july 31st you will be able to stay until then and if you like the apartment just resign the lease so its a good deal. i am willing to pay first months rent so if interested contact me asap!
