i am wanting to move out at the end of march, but can not break my lease until it is up july 31st. the complex will allow me to sublease out a room until july 31st, you can also renew the lease! there are 2 other girls that live in the apartment and keep to themselves, but very nice. we live like we are alone basically. only share the living quarters and kitchen. you have your own bathroom. this is a 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment, but you only responsible for your bill.animals are allowed.

there is a subleasing fee of $300. i am willing to pay $100 of it. after that the rent is your responsibility !!! $474 is a hell of a price and is due at the beginning of each month. you have from the 1st - 3rd to pay it. money orders and checks only. they do not accept cash or credit/debit payments. they will do a background and credit check. if you do not pass the credit check there will be a fee of $1,000 to pay. so please check your credit, i myself did not have to pay it. they don'y usually turn away anyone will criminal history unless is something really bad.
there are tons of places in walking distance if you are looking for a job. bus stop is right in front of apartment complex also. usf is right down the road. university mall is a few blocks away. it's not a bad area at all. gated with a code to get in. walmart is the next road over, winndixie is right across the street. tons of places to eat. new tampa is just down the road as well.
