im subleasing my master bedroom in a house walking distance to fsu! the master bedroom is 2 rooms; you have your own private living room area and then a separate room which i use right now as my bedroom (the living room area is twice the size of the bedroom, so its a huge space, however you can convert the living room area into the bedroom if you prefer! message me for pictures so you can see the layout of both rooms) there is also a walk in closet and a lot of storage space throughout both rooms. big fenced in backyard and front lawn used for parking, but there is also a garage if you prefer to park indoors! house is fully equipped with all appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, ac, wifi/cable, all kitchen appliances...etc. the house is pet friendly and there are roomates but they are rarely home and extreme neat freaks. rent is 520$ a month and utilities are separate but usually come out to 50-70$ a month. message me to come take a tour or if youd like to see pictures :)january rent paid! move in today!
