i am just looking for two possibly three people to rent rooms in my house. i have been there and done that with the room-mates from hell.now i want to try the nice, friendly, pay the rent, don't break everything in the house kind of room-mates. i take care of my mother as well.
there is a ton of storage space and 1 1/2 baths.
plus more than enough parking. i am friendly and like to keep the house clean.
i do stay up kind of late at night so if your a light sleeper you may want a room up stairs.400.00 takes care of rent, utilities, internet and cable when i get it.
just looking for something besides comcast. i've had a butt full of them ;-)
the house in the no end of tacoma, it's a great neighborhood and not far from albertson's, safeway, rite aid, big lots, etc. if your the first to move in you of course have equal say in who the other room-mate will be.
i want us all to hopefully make a new friend, have a few laughs but feel safe and at home.
