2700 sqft house with 3 rooms avaliable (2 bedrooms and 1 masterbedroom).
the house is located right behind shaw afb. (a 5 min drive, if that). to rent a single room it is $450/mo (not including splitting the electric bill). also you will be sharing the bathroom with me and possibly a third room mate if i find one. if you rent the single, you will be sharing the common areas, so please clean up after yourself. i don't smoke, but if you do just make sure you do it outside on the patio and dispose of the butts in the trash.
the master bedroom is going for $600/mo (don't forget about splitting the electric bill). master bedroom has a walkin closet, a regular closet, a private bathroom with bathtub and a stand up shower.
i am 27, work in the medical field and am also going to school full time come august. so most likely we won't see alot of each other. this house is truely amazing!
