this relatively new home (very clean) 3-bedroom, two bath private home is located south of dallas region, only couple of minutes from i-45 and only a 20 minute drive from the downtown dallas area. i have no preference for male or female as long as long as you are a responsible individual. i offer two options. option i: a large master bedroom that has its own large bathroom with storage area, new flooring and paint with walk-in closet and locked door. it is almost like having your own one-bedroom apartment, except for $500/month instead of $1000+!
option ii: the second option is a room with a walk-in closet for only $400/month. this may have a shared-bathroom, if we rent another third room. for now the third room is used as an office, no sharing of bathroom. this option is also ideal for two friends or family members, each needing room and don't mind sharing a bathroom. who knows, you may end up even end up getting in a great shape or learn martial arts at no extra cost, as the garage has been turned to a mini-gym. contact me only if you are serious. water is included, you just split the electrical bill proportionately. contact me if you are non-smokers. no drugs! thank you.
