hi there!i have a large room with private bathroom. the space is big enough to make it into a studio! you must provide your own furniture, groceries, and anything else you may need. wireless internet included. gas, water and electric bill will be divided in half.
i am only looking to rent the space to someone who is responsible, mature, respectful, considerate and drug free. someone who respects privacy and personal space as i will respect yours as well. i prefer to rent to someone in their late 20's or older with a stable income. i keep regular work hours and i am low-key.
