cute, charming, 2 bedroom and 1 bath, house in a quiet neighborhood in olde town slidell, off of a main street, close to shops, grocery, drug stores, post-office, and restaurants; all with-in walking distance. the house has lots of windows and sunlight, an open floor plan, working fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, off-street parking, and a huge back yard with a covered patio. the house is in flood zone a, but has never flooded, even with katrina.
bedroom is in the rear of the house and is 10’ x 11’ with a big double closet, ceiling fan and 2 windows., multiple outlets and a phone jack.
i am a 45 year old male that works part-time and goes to school. i am clean, quiet, responsible, respectful and a considerate person; seeking like- minded individuals to share the house with. i’m easy- going and a strong believer that communication is key to maintaining a happy house and a drama-free home. i respect other people’s property and privacy; i ask the same in return! if you smoke, that is fine, but i ask you to go outside.
