room available for single person (no couples please) in 2br + 2bath apartment. apartment has been upgraded with new floors, carpet, kitchen and baths. you will have your own bathroom! complex is about 8 minutes away from moorpark college. there is a small top and bottom washer/dryer in the apartment. complex has a pool and jacuzzi as well as tons of parking by the unit. additional laundry is available in complex for larger items like blankets that will not fit in the top/bottom washer/dryer.

move in available august 1. rent comes with utilities included. no deposit required but first and last months rent are needed upon move-in. i will provide all utilities as well as high speed internet. i also have a netflix account for streaming movies and tv shows.

i prefer eatm students as i work for the college, but am open to other renters. i am up at 5am and go to bed rather early so night owls might want to look elsewhere. no pets please as complex allows only 1 cat and i do own a cat. if you are allergic to cats this is not the place for you. just needed to make sure that was seen. rats are ok for eatm students if cages are kept clean. i prefer renters who are quiet, clean, non-smokers and drama free just like me:) not the place to be if you are a party machine, but if you like peace and quiet this might be a good home for you.
