i have a room in this beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home overlooking lake washington. stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, dishwasher, exrtra storage, full size washer/dryer, all utlitlies included as well as dish tv and internet. close to lots of shopping and the 405/1-5.

i am a clean, professional person that works a regular 40 hour week job in the medical field and i don't smoke. i workout a lot and read, play games and go out with friends. i also play the guitar, but not loudly. i have one cat and he does not get along with other cats, but he is very friendly and always uses his literbox, which is covered and does not smell. i love a clean looking and smelling house. i am looking for someone that does not smoke/use drugs or drinks excessively. someone with a clean background with a full-time job. this room is for one person only. i would prefer a more quiet person, someone that will not have loud parties in the home, as this is a quiet neighborhood.
